Shipping is provided by Canada Post and we send you a tracking number to keep you updated at every step.       SHIPPING STANDARDS:

      We appreciate your business, and understand that you want your products as soon as possible. We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of acceptance when received Sunday - Thursday. Orders received Friday-Saturday and on Holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery on any shipment as we have no control over the carrier, or any delays which may occur once the package is out of our hands.

      DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

      We offer a flat fee rate based on Province. Please see table above for shipping rates to your Province.

      FREE SHIPPING is offered on any order valued at $99.00 or more pre-tax. The free shipping offer applies only to Canadian addresses, and is provided by Canada Post Expedited Service.Preferred shipping rates apply to all other orders destined within Canada and will also be sent via Canada Post Expedited Service.

      SAME DAY DELIVERY is available within Metro Vancouver, and provided by Dynamex Courier. Place your order before 11:00am Monday - Friday, and your order will be delivered to your home or office by 5:00pm. Orders requesting same day delivery recieved after 11:00am will be delivered next day. If received on Weekends and Holidays the order will be delivered the next business day.

      IN-STORE PICKUP* is available any time. Make your purchase online, and select "In-Store Pickup by Me" at the checkout. You will be notified via e-mail when you order will be ready for your pickup; generally within 30 minutes of acceptance during regular business hours.

      *When picking up your order in-store you will need to present a printed copy of your order confirmation, photo ID, and the credit card used to make the purchase. This is for YOUR protection.

      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

      The products displayed on this website can be ordered and delivered to most addresses in the USA. Momentum currently offers a preferred shipping rate of $15.00 for all orders destined for the Continental United States.For International shipments, please send us an e-mail to: shop@momentumgrooming to confirm shipping availability.

      NOTE: Brokerage fees, taxes and duties may apply to orders sent to the USA and International. These fees are the responsibility of the receiver and are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

      All prices displayed are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to applicable Federal taxes. British Columbia Provincial Tax is only charged to orders from within British Columbia. No taxes are charged on USA and International orders.

For your convenience, you may create a Customer Account which will store only your shipping information. You will be required to enter credit card information for each shipment.

      It is vital that when entering credit card information, you enter your name EXACTLY as it is shown on the card, as well, the billing address must match EXACTLY to your credit card invoice. This is for your protection. If this information does not match the credit card company's records, your order may require independant confirmation from the issuing credit card company, resulting in potential delays in processing your order.

      First time customers placing orders totalling more than $200.00 may be contacted at the telephone number provided in order to confirm the order. We will require the 3 digit security number on the back of the credit card for confirmation. We encourage you to set up an account with us to ensure prompt, safe order processing.

      Personal Information / Privacy:

      Any personal information gathered during online transactions, and used for the purpose of online transactions and shipping, will not be retained by Momentum unless otherwise directed by the customer. Momentum will not use any personal information for the purpose of generating public reports or statistics.

      All visitors to the Momentum website will have the opportunity to sign up for the monthly newsletter, and creating a customer account independent of ordering online.

      Cookies:

      Although accepting cookies through your browser is not required to view or complete transactions on this site, it is recommended by our service provider to optimize your experience using the Momentum website.

      Shipping / Delivery Methods:

      All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding major holidays.

      Momentum ships all orders through Canada Post. All quoted shipping rates are generated using published rates and measuring requirements from Canada Post.

      Momentum is unable to guarantee on-time delivery, as it is impossible to control the operations or events that may affect delivery schedules.

      Merchandise Policies:

      Returns / Refunds:

      Due to health regulations, Momentum is able to accept the return of unopened and unused items only. All returns must be received within 30 Days of date of purchase for a refund. Momentum does not accept returns after 30 Days.

      Momentum will issue a full refund to your credit card, including applicable taxes, for the items returned. It may take up to 30 business days to process the return. Please note that financial institutions may also take up to seven business days to reflect the transaction.

      To return a purchased product to Momentum, contact us – providing the following information in your correspondence:

      • Full Name
      • e-mail address
      • shipping address
      • telephone number
      • receipt number
      • descriptions of items you wish to return

      Momentum will then email you instructions on how to return the product. We are unable to refund original shipping costs.

      Exchanges:

      At this time we do not offer exchanges for return products.

      Cancellation of Order:

      We process your order right away! Contact Momentum immediately if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to cancel your order, although success is dependent on when the order was placed and when Momentum was contacted for cancellation. We cannot fully guarantee that your order will be cancelled before it ships.

      If you request a cancellation after you received the confirmation email, refuse delivery and the order will be returned. We regret that under these circumstances we cannot refund or return original shipping costs.

      Problems with Order:

      Contact Momentum immediately if any of the following occur.

      Lost: If your order is unreasonably late or missing, please contact us and we will issure a trace with the carriers. If the carrier confirms that the item has been lost, or cannot confirm delivery, we will issue a replacement shipment for you. Please note, orders over $100.00 value, or those with hardware do require a signature upon delivery.

      Damaged: Momentum will issue a replacement item and make arrangements for the return of the damaged one.

      Missing or Wrong Item: Momentum will ship any missing item(s) the next business day. Momentum will arrange for the return of any items sent in error.
