Dear Momentum,

I began shopping at your store earlier this year after doing some research into better shaving techniques. When a sneak peak was revealed for your new look online, I was anticipating the changes I'd see to your retail store. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised when half of your store was papered up and that a barber shop was being opened.

My partner suggested I visit your shop for a hair cut when my stylist was not available on short notice. I must say, I am very fussy and have had great difficulty finding a new stylist since moving to Vancouver over 3 years ago. The inexperience and high costs have contributed to few visits for haircuts and periods of having long, gross looking hair!

I have never been to a barber shop for a cut or shave, and wasn't sure what to expect. What I came to expect was not just a hair cut, but an experience that has finally given me a place and a stylist I can say I'll be keeping! Adam was exceptional and provided the impeccably finished, precision haircut that your website promised. I give a big thanks to him for one of the best cuts I've had!

The added treatments of a hot towel and creams, a perfect shave with a straight razor for the neck rather than the accustomed raking of an electric trimmer, and a final rinse without requesting (which in my opinion is absolutely necessary when a short cut with texture is being done) made the experience more than worthwhile!

So I give a big thank you and congratulations to you for the business you've created. I hope to see you prosper and am happy to be one of your customers.

Shipping was prompt and reasonably priced, updates were given throughout the process, and I had my razor in my hand within about 24 hours of placing my order.

I just visited your store for the first time today. And have to say. I am so glad I discovered your store. Until now, I have had trouble locating fine shaving products. I particularly like the layout & atmosphere of your store. Best of all, I found this Gem of a store right in my own neighborhood.

Upon my first visit I purchased a safety razor from Merkur. The sales advice was top notch & you folks were able to supply me with a razor that will bring my shaving ritual to a whole new level of enjoyment & results. I found your selection of products to be just what I am looking for. I appreciated the Sharps sample & the Truefitt & hill sample given to me to try. I have always wanted to try the Sharps products but have never been able to locate the product.

Thanks Graham. I actually received my order the next day (Wednesday)! That was great! Yes, the Truefitt & Hill shaving cream is a superior product.
